Process Overview
  1. Pre-Treatment Interface: Equalization/filtration and anti-scalant dosing (as needed) to stabilize feed quality.
  2. Multi-Effect Evaporation: Live steam heats Effect-1; generated vapors cascade to downstream effects operating at lower pressure/temperature.
  3. Brine Management: Online density/conductivity triggers recycle or discharge to NaCl crystallizer; clean condensate is recovered for reuse.
  4. Vacuum & Non-condensables: Surface condenser with vacuum package ensures low boiling temps; non-condensables are safely vented.
  5. Crystal Handling: Downstream centrifuge/dryer (optional) delivers consistent bulk density and moisture for storage or sale.
